Proceedings of the courses

It is necessary to arrive between 15 mins and 5 mins (depending on your level of organization and efficiency) before the start of the course (times announced) to be able to equip you and put on the helmets and protections.

The monitor chooses the skateboard adapted to your height and weight, and then you're on your way. Depending on the level of the group and the opinion of the instructor you leave either on foot or by truck. for the terrain best suited to the skateboarding level of the group.

One once you arrive at the practice site, the instructor will give you a presentation explains the objectives by showing you the techniques by demonstration. Then it's your turn. For each time of practice there is a rest period with feedback and corrections of the instructor.
Once tested and perhaps acquired you pass the tricks (techniques).

Checklist: Weather appropriate clothing. Pants and sweaters or shorts and t-shirts.

T-shirt a spare for after class. Water. Trainers or at least Closed shoes, no sandals and especially not barefoot.
